Returns Policy:

All orders placed with Elevation420 will be final.  Returns or exchanges will not be process.  Once orders are made and have been process and fulfilled, they're no refunds or cancellations.  If you happen to experience any issues with your order, or happen to notice anything missing or incorrect product received, please contact customer service via email below.

Please allow us 24-48 business hours from the date of your first initial email sent to us, for everything to be reviewed so that we can respond to you more accurately.  If for some reason you inquiry requires further evaluation or processing, please allow an additional 48 business hours for us to review and respond back to you.

Shipping Time Frame For Processing:

Operation hours for shipping are Monday & Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, not including weekends and all major holidays in the U.S.  All orders will ship 1-7 business days once your order is placed.

Delivery times may very depending on the following listed below:

Total distant from our store location
USPS closures or emergency situations
Parcel being delivered in (USA) or international

All packages will have a tracking number.  If you have any questions or concerns about the location of your order, please reach out to the carrier directly.  As additional support, our team will be available to assist as much as possible, as we will have the same tracking information as you.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If for any reason that your package has been deemed lost or stolen, and has been confirmed by USPS, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise.

If the tracking confirms that the package was lost "DURING TRANSIT" that will be the only time that we will issue a store credit, and not for any packages that shows a status of "DELIEVERED" on porch/mailbox/ etc.
